Quickest way to loose weight!!

HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE??

Most of us join gym or fitness classes with an idea of achieving our model figure,but aren't successful all the time.As its takes alot of dedication,self motivation and hard work.
whether it be time or money in form of membership fees for gym,we cant afford it either.
So , I have some quick ways to loose weight effectively and trust me it works!!!



  •  Eat your 5 a day ( veggies or fruits)
  • Drink minimum 1.5 litres of water
  • no fizzy drinks,no chocolates,no crisps,no chips
  • Eat Heavy breakfast( preferably oatmeal)
  • Drink warm water with little squeezed lemon in the morning
  • Don't eat after 8 pm
  • 3 reps of crunches and sit-ups every morning,it hardly takes 10 mins
  • No cheese,pizza,burger
  • Eat not more than 1000 calories a day

  1. Going to bed early and waking up early helps in creasing the metabolism.and results in loosing weight.

  2. Everything you said up to the 1000kcals per day is correct, but depending on a persons height and muscle mass below 1000kcals will send the average joe into starvation mode.
